Beginning the journey toward licensure is an exciting and challenging season of professional growth. Clinical supervision provides a space to develop confidence, expand clinical skills, process the complexities of therapeutic work, and grow into the counselor you are becoming.

I offer supportive, collaborative supervision for LPC Associates as they navigate the transition from graduate training into independent practice. My approach focuses on building clinical competence while also encouraging self-awareness, authenticity, and confidence as a developing therapist. Together, we will explore case conceptualization, ethical decision-making, treatment planning, therapeutic interventions, documentation, professional identity, and the unique challenges of working in the counseling field.
